The Canton Fair official system has been upgraded. Since the 136th session, invitation letters are applied for and generated by the buyer in the official system — exhibiting companies can no longer issue them. The process is free and instant:
· First-time attendees: log in at buyer.cantonfair.org.cn → complete your company and personal information → apply for your Buyer Badge and tick the option to generate the invitation letter at the same time → the PDF is generated instantly.
· Returning buyers: log in → "Invitation Letter" → "My Invitation Letters" → "Apply for Invitation Letter" → download.
· Print the PDF for your visa application. Please check the latest requirements with your local Chinese embassy or visa centre, and allow enough time before your trip.
